customer gets out of it.
Jeffrey Gitomer: Biggest question: Isnt it really customer helping rather than customer
service? And wouldnt you deliver better service if you thought of it that way?
William H. Davidow: The longer you wait, the harder it is to produce outstanding customer
service.
It is wise to keep in mind that neither
success nor failure is ever final.
